Narrative ideas

I have a few ideas as I want to break the typical conventions of an old school hip hop music video. My idea was that the main artist (rapper) is playing basketball with a friend, making bets together. Then I use intertexuality to recreate the GTA scene where the two friends are buying drugs off one another. This will then create a dispute between the two friends and when they both are at the basketball court the artist (rapper) will pull a gun on his old friend and shoot him dead.

I have already found a suitable location for the basketball scenes. There is quite a few basketball courts at a place called west park. these basketball courts have huge lights that beam down on the court below at night so it should give me some interesting/atmospheric lighting when it comes to filming at night.
 
The basket ball scene that I want to film when they are friends i will do in the day, and when they have become enemies, I will film at night. I'm hoping this will show the change of emotions that the two characters feel towards each other.
